Summerlin Demographics
Summerlin is spread across a 22,500 acres on the north west side of Las Vegas. it is a planned community that has many amenities found no where else is the city of Las Vegas.
When the Summerlin Community is fully completed it should have roughly 200,000 people. Currently as of may 2006 Summerlin has a population of 92,650. So as you can see there is a lot of growth happening here in Summerlin.
When it Comes to Summerlin Homes we currently have about 37,400 homes completed in the area.
As for jobs, people think of Summerlin as mostly as residential community. and from looking at it from an outsiders point of view that's what you would believe. but there are currently over 21,000 jobs being held in Summerlin
Those of you who like the night life of Vegas don't have to go far. There are great local clubs and restaurants through out. including the new Red Rock Casino and Sunset Coast casino and resort. Plus your only about 12 mile away on average from the Las Vegas Strip. just a short 20 minute drive gets you to the heart of entertainment capital of the world.
